My family and I are coming to Disney World at Christmas time for the first time. I have booked the candlelight processional , MVMCP, and two nights in hollywood studios. Am I missing any must do's? What to make it as magical as possible!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Shannon!

Christmas is the most magical time of the yEAR to visit Disney World!  It sounds like you've got a great start on your planning!

We always like to visit the Resorts during the holidays.  Each has their own unique holiday decorations.  The Grand Floridian Resort has an amazing Victorian Gingerbread House. The Disney Park's Blog featured a time-laspe video of the assembly of a gingerbread house a few years ago.  Be sure to go to the second floor of the Grand Floridian and get a view of the top of the gingerbread house - incredible!

I also love the Carousel at Disney's BoardWalk Resort.  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge features a very unique Christmas tree in their lobby.

If you are visiting Animal Kingdom, be sure to check out Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade.

While you're at Epcot for the Candlelight Processional, check out Holidays Around the World in the World Showcase.  You can hear the holiday stories from around the world including Father Christmas and Pere Noel.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions.  We're thrilled to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
