Family of 4 coming to Disney in October for 5 days.We got 3 day hopper passes b/c we didn't know about flights times when booking. We're thinking about going to the MK that Wednesday night. Cheaper to add another hopper pass or regular ticket?

    Hi Caroline!

Thanks for your question. An October trip to Disney World sounds fantastic! October is typically a great time to visit weather-wise, and you're going right after the Summer rush, but before the major holiday (Thanksgiving/Christmas) rush. So wise choice!

In terms of Park Tickets, it all depends on what you want to do. If you plan to do 1 park per day, and one park only, you'll come out cheaper with a regular or base ticket. The Park Hopper Option comes at an added cost, but covers the length of your ticket package. So if you plan to "hop" multiple parks each day, the Park Hopper Option is the way to go.

So what to do? My recommendation is to stick with the Ticket with Park Hopper Option, if you want to experience as many parks as you can in a fairly short time window. However, if "park hopping" is not at the top of your list, save some money and stick with the 1 Park Per Day Ticket option. You'll then have more money for souvenirs or to take back home! :-)

    Have a Mickey Magical Day!
