My family and I are coming to Disney in the next few weeks for my daughter's sweet sixteen celebration. We are taking 7 of her closest girl friends along with us. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can make this trip magical for my daughter?

    Hi Lidia,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your family must be so excited about your upcoming trip; I can't think of a more magical way to celebrate a birthday than at the Walt Disney World Resort! Make sure you daughter gets a "Happy Birthday" Celebration Recognition Button when you check-in at your Resort Hotel or you can pick one up at Guest Services at any of the Theme Parks. It's so much fun to share the celebration with Cast Members and other Guests!

I suggest making an Advanced Dining Reservation at Sanaa in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. The menu is fantastic( the Indian-style Bread Service is a "must-eat") and just outside the Restaurant there's a gorgeous view of the savanna where you can see giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of other animals. It will be a unique and memorable place to celebrate this special occasion!

My fellow panelists also have some great suggestions for celebrating a Sweet Sixteen at the Walt Disney World Resort. Check out their awesome recommendations in this Moms View answer!

I hope these suggestions help. Please let us know if we can answer any additional vacation planning questions!

    Enjoy Your Magical Celebration,
