Welcome to planDisney, Matt.
The last time I was in your neck of the woods, I had a very pleasant drink at the Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem in Nottingham. What a cool place!
But we're here to talk about your Disney trip! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. This is certainly the year to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
The 50th Anniversary Celebration is well underway and there's so much to see and experience.
You'll be glad to know that you can certainly visit two Theme Parks in one day. You'll just need to make sure that your ticket has the
Park Hopper Option. You'll need to make a Theme Park reservation for your first park only (i.e.
EPCOT). After 2:00 PM on the day of your visit, you'll be able to hop to your second park. You don't need to make a reservation for your second park.
It sounds like you've got a magical day planned, Matt. Did you know that the wonderful
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will still be happening when you arrive? Keep an eye out for the stunning topiary displays of Disney characters and the gorgeous gardens in bloom around World Showcase. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy some of the delicious food and drink on offer at the many outdoor kitchens. Everything tastes as good as it looks!
You're also going to love
Disney Enchantment! My planDisney friends and I had the pleasure of watching this show from a water taxi on
Seven Seas Lagoon back in December. It was like a dream come true! I'm also a big fan of the all magical projections on Main Street, USA. There are so many great spots to watch this show; each one giving you a unique experience. You're going to be in awe!
I hope you have a great holiday, Matt. See ya real soon!
Mike
