    I have family who are coming to the Disney Family 5K to watch. Do they have to purchase a Cheer Squad ticket? If they purchase the cheer squad ticket can they stay in the park after the race for the day? Any other things we should see while in Flor

    Hi!  The Disney Family Fun 5K's are great races for everyone!  Your family is going to have a blast watching!

    They do not need to buy any type of chEAR squad package to watch the 5K.   Actually, the chEAR squad packages are for the half and full marathon races, and aren't even sold for the 5K race days.

    There will be bleachers at the finish line for your family to watch the runners. 

    And no, the chEAR squad packages do not include any type of park admission.  If your family would like to visit a park, they will just need to purchase park tickets as normal.  Most races offer discounted park tickets to runners through an online ticket store.  Runners will receive a password to it in their registration confirmation email.  There is also a link on the travel section of the runDisney website to the online store.
