Hi- My family (children 6 and 4) and I are planning on a Dec vacation. Can I make dinner reservations before I book my accomidations? I have a few musts like the princess character meals and at least 1 show Hoopdy Doo or Spirit of Aloha?

Hi Melanie! One of the great parts about planning your Disney vacation is that you can book your Advanced Dining Reservations any time as long as it's within 180 days of your trip. So depending on when in December you'll be here, your 180 day window is coming up soon! You don't need to book Disney or any other accommodations before making your dining reservations.

It's a great idea to book popular experiences like the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue (one of my favorites!) or Disney's Spirit of Aloha Show and other character dining experiences as soon as you can, to ensure you get the date and times you want.

Many Disney dining reservations may now be booked online, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. I hope this helps with your planning. If you're looking for particular dining recommendations, be sure to come back and ask as we're happy to help! ~Suzannah
