    My family and I have a Chef Mickey's reservation for 7:15 AM on a day that the Magic Kingdom opens at 9. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. Is it possible to use Disney buses to get there that early (to MK then walk to Chef Mickey's)? Thank you!

    Hi Kelly!

    Chef Mickey’s has always been such a fun and delicious place for my family to dine. I love the character interactions and there are so many different food choices! Even my daughter who is the pickiest eater is able to find something that she really enjoys!

    Typically the complimentary resort transportation is available starting approximately one hour prior to Disney Theme Park opening. So if the Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 AM, the resort transportation will begin to run at approximately 8:00 AM.

    Since the buses most likely will not be running early enough to get you to Chef Mickey’s for your reservation time, I would suggest calling a cab. I will say however that cab fare does tend to be a bit pricey when traveling around the Walt Disney World Resort. You may also want to consider moving your reservation if there is availability.
