You should definitely take advantage of pre-check-in. You can do this either by logging into your
My Disney Experience account online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Online look under "My Plans" or through the app "Future Plans." Follow the "Start Check-In Now" tab which will allow you to enter information such as your phone number, credit card, housekeeping preferences, and arrival time. By completing this ahead of time, you will get a text message when your room is ready with your room number. You can even unlock your door with the mobile app allowing you to skip the front desk.
Because your arrival is pending, I am suggesting you call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to make your adjoining room request. This simply means your party's rooms will be near each other. Wait times have been rather long so try calling either early or late in the day. Alternatively, you can use the chat feature online or through the mobile app. Requests are not guaranteed, but the Cast Members will do their very best to accommodate you.
