    Hello, my family will be checking into POFQ prior to check-in. If our room is not ready, can we use the pool and will towels be available at the pool or do we need to bring them from home? Thanks.

    Hi Beth!

         Now that sounds like a plan!  If you are checking into the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort before 3:00 PM, there is a good chance that your room might not be quite ready.  The good news is that you can hang out at your fabulous resort and take advantage of all that it has to offer!  When you arrive, simply check in and receive all of your documents, including your "Key to the World" card.  This will serve as your room key, as well as your park tickets if you have purchased a package.  

         There are restrooms in the lobby, as well as near the pool for you to change into your swim suits.  Cast members at the main pool will indeed have towels for your usage; however, you may need to show your Key to the World card to obtain them.  Feel free to grab a bite to eat and swim to your heart's content while you are waiting for your room to be ready.  Have a great time!
