My family and I will be checking out of our hotel at 11:00 a.m.. However, our flight doesn't leave until 5:00 p.m.. I need information about what to do with our luggage during the few hours we have left.

    Hi there TIna,

One of the great things about staying at a Disney World Resort hotel is that bell services will happily stow your luggage while you and your family enjoy one last afternoon at the parks.  When you head down to the lobby to check-out, just stop by the bell desk and let them know that you wish to have your luggage stored until later in the day.

The friendly bell services cast member on duty will gather your information, take an inventory of your luggage, and then tag each and every item.  You will receive a receipt for each bag, and when you're ready to leave, just stop back by the bell desk to retrieve your items!  Easy Peasy!

    Happy vacation planning,
