We will be a Family of 9 celebrating our 3year old grandson's birthday on April 8 at DisneyWorld. We are staying at the Grand Floridian in their 3 bedroom Villa. We are looking for a couple of good restaurants suggestions for a 3 year olds birthday party

Howdy Lori! What a MAGICAL celebration!

I have 4 suggestions and they all come from my currently 4 year old prince.

Character Buffets: 1.) Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's a character buffet with some of your favorite Disney Characters. It's great for either breakfast or dinner. 2.) Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort is the perfect place to enjoy a birthday breakfast buffet with Disney Characters. 3.) Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I consider this to be the best breakfast buffet at Walt Disney World Resort. Currently, June, Jake, Handy Manny and Special Agent Oso will join you while you dine.

For my son's final suggestion, he recommends Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It's a signature dining restaurant with panoramic lagoon views. You can also view the Magic Kingdom fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant from the waterfront verandah. The food and service are both excellent. There is a Nemo cupcake that my son feels your grandson "needs" to have to celebrate his birthday. Nemo sits atop mounds of deep blue frosting which covers a white cupcake. The cupcake is a masterpiece and I think the adults in your party would enjoy the overall dining experience. Plus, you can't beat the convenience!

If you would like, you can add to his birthday experience by purchasing a custom cake. To order any custom bakery cake, call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407) 827-2253 and confirm that the cake can be delivered to the restaurant of your choice. The cake can also be boxed up and taken with you to your Grand Villa so you can enjoy it throughout your stay.

Be sure to note his special celebration anytime you make a reservation. You never know when a Cast Member might add some magic to his day!

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information. Enjoy every magical moment of your very magical celebration!!
