    Hi, my family and i will do the Caribbean Cruise in October, at the Fantasy cruise. do the magic bands works in the cruise?

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Sailing to the Caribbean aboard the Disney Fantasy will be an unforgettable vacation for you and your family! Since you're asking about MagicBands, it sounds like you and your pirate crew have visited Walt Disney World, too! I'm so excited for you to discover all the magic onboard a Disney Cruise Line vacation.

    Currently, Guests sailing with Disney Cruise Line use "Key to the World" cards as their stateroom key, charge card and cruise identification while onboard each of the four vessels. The MagicBands that you used on land will not be used on the Disney Fantasy. If you happen to be sailing with any sea guppies exploring all the fun in Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab, they will receive a Disney Cruise Line MagicBand to be used for checking in and out of the clubs. (This MagicBand will not be removable until the final night of your voyage, so take a second to make sure it's comfortable before snapping it closed.)

    My family's favorite way to carry our "Key to the World" cards is by putting them in lanyards and wearing them around our necks! If you are a Castaway Club member, you will receive a lanyard while checking in at the port terminal. If this is your first Disney Cruise, you can purchase a lanyard before your cruise or while onboard at one of the shops!
