    Hi! My family can't wait to come back in August. We usually stay at the beach club but wanted to try something different. My top 2 choices are GFV or BLT. Don't know which to pick. We are 4 kids coming ages 18, 17, 15 and 10. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Sally Ann! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can hear your planning excitement, there's nothing like the count down to the start of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    I can understand why Disney's Beach Club Villas has been a favorite for your family - the beautiful seaside themed paradise is also quite popular with our kids. But each resort has its own unique Disney signature magic so you'll be delightfully pleased no matter where you're welcomed home.

    Unlike Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort are both on the monorail line so you can enjoy the fride to Magic Kingdom and a transfer to Epcot. From Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort you can walk to Magic Kingdom Park in less than 10 minutes.

    Given the age of your children I'd suggest the super modern style of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. There are lots of recreational activities and the viewing deck at the "Top of the World Lounge" offers an incredible view of the Wishes nighttime spectacular fireworks show above the Magic Kingdom Castle.

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a beautiful place to stay and defined by one word...fancy! You can take the monorail or water shuttle to the Magic Kingdom Park. My kids are a bit younger and loved the Alice in Wonderland themed play area but there's a pool with a fun slide perfect for older kids.
