Hi Jean,
Welcome to planDisney!
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having some trouble calling in and connecting with a Cast Member, hopefully we can get you all squared away today!
As long as all the guests in your party have Theme Park tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience mobile app, you should be ready to reserve your
Disney Park Pass reservations. If you can’t do all 14 of your reservations at one time, maybe try doing seven reservations first, then the second set of reservations. You could even do less than that at a time, this way it’s under the limit of 12 you noted.
Since you can’t do them all in one batch, you’ll want to make sure that you’re making the same Theme Park reservations for your guests by matching up the Theme Parks and dates for everyone. Since you’re a few months out, the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar is currently showing all green for June!
If this doesn’t help, I do suggest connecting with a Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. One trick I’ve learned over the years is to call just before or at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. This way you’re hopefully one of the first callers in queue. You can also utilize the “Chat With Us” feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Just tap the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner and scroll to the “Chat With Us” box.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your great, big, beautiful Walt Disney World family vacation in June.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
