Greetings Jenae! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by with your planning question.
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is looking fantastic these days. A refreshed lobby,
updated quick-service dining, and a
new table-service restaurant greet you upon arrival to this lush, tropical oasis. When you combine that with the addition of the
Disney Skyliner, this resort is
the place to stay right now in Walt Disney World.
I love that Disney began adding the pull down murphy-style beds to accommodate families with a variety of sleeping needs. My five year old son thinks the fifth sleeper bed is the coolest, and he has asked many times if he could have one at home. At Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, the pull down bed features an image of a sleeping Mickey Mouse lounging in a hammock; it's adorable and fits perfectly with the vibe of the resort.
If you are looking to reserve a room with a fifth sleeper, I'm afraid you will not be able to stay in the Trinidad village of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort; rooms accommodating a fifth sleeper are available in Barbados, Martinique, Jamaica, and Aruba. Since proximity to a bus stop, pool, and laundry are important to you, I am happy to report that each village provides access to its own bus stop, pool, and laundry facilities, so you are never a long walk from any of those amenities. Building 33 in Barbados is closest to its own leisure pool, laundry facilities, and bus stop. In addition, this building is also nearest to
Spyglass Grill and the buildings in Trinidad.
I hope this helps as you begin to plan your next adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please
come back and visit us again if you have any further questions as your trip approaches.
You've got a friend in me!
