Hi there Mallory,
Thanks for visiting planDisney with another great Walt Disney World Resort question! My family enjoys staying at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, the proximity to
Disney Springs is a big perk. We have had vacations where we have travelled with extended family and requested to stay in nearby Studios/Villas to make logistics a bit easier. Let's take a closer look at your questions.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a sprawling resort divided into distinct areas, each with its own charms. If you're staying in a standard Studio or
Villa, your accommodations will be in The Grandstand, The Carousel, or The Paddock. However, since you've booked a preferred Studio, you’ll be located in either The Springs or Congress Park. The Springs provides the closest access to the Carriage House and the popular High Rock Springs Pool, while Congress Park is conveniently situated near the picturesque walking path to Disney Springs, perfect for a leisurely stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
I spoke with Member Services, and the Cast Member shared a few ways you can request that your accommodations be close together. First, you can log into the Disney Vacation Club website and use the chat feature to speak with a Cast Member directly. After logging in, you’ll find the chat button on the right side of your screen - just click it to begin a conversation with a Cast Member and you can make your request. Alternatively, you can phone
Member Services at 1-800-800-9800, and they’ll be happy to add the request to your reservation. While the resort will do its best to accommodate your request to group the Studios, please keep in mind that it can’t be guaranteed.
I hope this information is helpful to your vacation planning, Mallory. Be sure to check out the various gingerbread displays at Deluxe Resorts while visiting
Walt Disney World Resort. It's just one of the many holiday activities my family likes to enjoy together! Wishing you a very merry vacation, please revisit us at
planDisney if you have any other planning questions.
Make magical memories,
Candace
