Hi Beatrice!
I’m thrilled to have you onboard here at planDisney for the first time asking about your FIRST Disney cruise...wahoo! A Baja cruise on the
Disney Wonder sounds like the perfect escape and an excellent introduction to Disney cruising.
I have contacted my friends at Disney Cruise Line and they verified that indeed stateroom 6652 on the Disney Wonder does accommodate 4 Guests. As additional assurance, just know that Disney Cruise Line’s booking system won’t allow a room to be reserved unless there are enough sleeping spots for that number of Guests. Yet another way that Captain Mickey works his magic!
What this means is that your stateroom will have a Queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa and an upper berth that your Stateroom Host will drop down each night for sleeping. My kids always loved how the stateroom transformed from day to night and was ready for them when we returned from the evening’s activities and entertainment onboard. The only issue we had was that BOTH my kids wanted to sleep in the upper berth, so we had to negotiate that between them!
Looking at the
Deck Plans for the Disney Wonder, I see that the stateroom you selected is located aft on the starboard side with an oversized verandah with whitewall. The
whitewall verandah features open-air lounging with a solid wall from the deck to the railing. Considering I’m a bit squeamish when it comes to heights, this kind of verandah sounds perfect to me!
As you finalize your future plans, chart a course for planDisney. We are always happy to help you captain your cruise planning from start to finish. Wishing you a WONDERful sailing!
SEA ya real soon!
