    Helena, I am sorry to hear that your Disneyland Resort vacation plans were impacted by Covid-19 and as a fellow Guest myself, I do not have the ability to delve into Guest reservations for vacation packages or stand-alone theme park tickets, I am sorry. What I would advise is, to sign in to your Disney account to see if your vacation package or theme park tickets are still visible and if there are any modification options, if not, I highly recommend contacting a Cast Member at Disneyland Resort - Hotel Reservations or Tickets for assistance. I do recall my own situation at the beginning of the pandemic with a booked vacation package that I was able to postpone in consultation with a Cast Member, so I am hopeful that if you contact them as well, they will do their best to assist you with your future plans. Kindly have your Disneyland Resort vacation package confirmation number and/or stand-alone theme park ticket ID numbers on hand in preparation for your telephone call.

    Please Note:
    Once your Disneyland Resort plans are in place please proceed to link your package reservation or theme park tickets to your Disney account to begin and further manage your planning via My Disneyland and then it is vital to proceed with making Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations as soon as you have a date in mind, as this is the process of visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks at this time.

    Download the Disneyland Mobile App to manage your plans before and during your visit, and when you link your reservations, theme park tickets, and those of your friends and family travelling with you, you will be able to add those Guests, who have Theme Park Reservations to your plans for such vacation essentials as purchasing the Disney Genie+ service, selecting arrival windows for Lightning Lane entrances, joining Virtual Queues and adding them to mobile dining orders and table-service reservations via the app. Be sure to update the Payment Method through My Profile on your Welcome page to facilitate app transactions of this nature.

    If purchasing a new Disneyland Resort vacation package that includes theme park tickets, or if purchasing new Disneyland Resort theme park tickets consider adding the Disney Genie+ service to save time waiting in lines for Lightning Lane attractions, or, you can opt into the Disney Genie+ service upon entry into a theme park using the Disneyland Mobile App.

    Update your profile on your Disney account, and take a look at any current Disneyland Resort special offers that may be of interest to you toward your future visit.
