Hi Tonya!
Your trip is fast-approaching! How exciting!
You'll definitely want to secure some
Disney Dining right away. Please let me know whether you have boys or girls - or both - I'll be able to give you some more tailored ides.
Here are some of my top picks for Character Dining and great, Family Meals. You'll want to reserve any of these in advance, online, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
During a visit to Magic Kingdom, consider starting your day with breakfast at the nearby 1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort for the Supercalifragalistic Breakfast with the Mad Hatter, Alice and Mary Poppins. Another great location to consider is Crystal Palace where you'll dine with Winnie the Pooh and friends for any meal of the day. On an Animal Kingdom day, consider Tusker House for Donald's Safari Dining at breakfast or lunch time. Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, enjoy a great family meal at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano. If you have Princesses in your group, consider starting your Epcot day with breakfast at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for Princess Storybook Dining. For a fun & fabulous family dinner, consider Coral Reef the the beautiful floor-to-ceiling marine tanks, or Teppan Edo where your own Japanese Teppanyaki Chef will cook your family's meal before your eyes with a flare like nowhere else!
In terms of which parks to visit when, I'd recommend that you begin and end with Magic Kingdom, on perhaps the 4th and again on the 7th or 8th, depending on your departure timing. Disney's Animal Kingdom or Epcot Parks are a great choice for weekend visits, and Hollywood Studios on Monday.
If you'd like additional, specific recommendations for your kids, please don't hesitate to write me back Tonya. I'd love to hear from you again.
Wishing you a Magical time at Walt Disney World!
Kirsten
