My family has booked our 1st Disney stay for December 28th - January 5th, 2017! Our family will consist of 2 adults, 1 5YO and 1 2YO. We are staying at Arts of animation and are wondering if we will be able to see any of the fireworks from our Motel?

    Hello again Sara,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. I’ve stayed at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort twice now, and I think you and your family are going to love it! The theming is so much fun, especially for the little ones, and I just loved the Big Blue Pool. You've picked a really great place to stay for your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

Based on my experience, the answer to your question is… sort of, but not really! I’ve been able to see the bigger fireworks from the shows that take place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios from the Cars parking lot at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, but none of the other shows. In any event, the view would be less than ideal from your Resort, so I would recommend heading to the Parks on the nights you’d like to see one of Walt Disney World Resort’s dazzling nighttime spectaculars.

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
