Hi there, Shelley! Welcome back to planDisney!
I totally get the need to connect your and your family members' reservations. This is what is going to help you make plans together. I know when I plan a multi-group Disney cruise, it’s much easier to make plans as a group when we’re connected and can all see them. I’d be happy to share how to connect your reservations!
First, make sure you have the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App downloaded. Open it up, and you can add their reservation where it says “Add Reservation”. You’ll need to enter the reservation number, last name, and birth date of one guest in the stateroom. After this, voila, reservations are now connected!
After they’re connected, you can now make plans separately, together, and for each other by clicking through each other’s reservations. Remember that onboard activities can be reserved once your
booking window opens. Once it does, to book one of those fun activities, such as
Port Adventures,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and
adult dining reservations, tap “My Plans” in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and then tap on the day you’d like to make the reservation for.
One more tip I want to give you is, after linking the reservations together on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, I like to call Disney Cruise Line and make sure they're all connected on their end. This is to make sure that once I start making those onboard activities, I'm all ready to go!
Shelley, I hope you found this helpful. I wish your dreamy memories ahead! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.
Bon Voyage,
Rana
