    My family will be going to BLT in February. This is right in the middle of our Birthdays. As she has a lot of family in Florida we wanted to have a party either in our room or maybe a place at the resort. Is this possible?

    Hi Timothy! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to love the modern style of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. And nothing beats the location...just a short walk or quick zip on the monorail to Magic Kingdom Park.

    Yes, your extended family is absolutely welcome to visit you during your stay at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Besides your villa there are a number of restaurants at the resort and lunge areas that would work for a small gathering to celebrate. If your guests are arriving via Disney transportation you don't need to inform anyone about your plans. However, if they will be driving their own car you will need to make arrangements for parking with the front desk. Cast Members can direct you to where short-term visitor parking is located for your guests.

    No birthday would be complete without birthday cake! Add some Disney magic to the the big day with a specialty cake. Call the cake ordering hot-line at 407-827-2253 at least 72 hours in advance and your custom creation can be delivered to your resort or restaurant.
