Ghoulish Greetings, Lindsay!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am thrilled to answer your great question about
allergy-friendly “trick-or-treating” at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
I’ve consulted the friendly “Ghost Hosts” at Magic Kingdom Park and have great news for you!
Even the most “wicked” of allergies are accommodated at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You will not need to sort your own treats or throw away any candy. Not even the most evil of villains like to waste delicious candy!
When you arrive for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, please see a Cast Member to pick up a teal treat bag—the official color of food allergy awareness. You can pick up one of these special bags after entering the event, or from official Allergy-Friendly Centers at
Town Square Theater and Heritage House.
While trick or treating with his special teal bag, Cast Members will give your son a teal token (labeled “Please redeem for allergy friendly treats”) at each treat station. Once you have had enough chills and thrills for the night, you can redeem your teal tokens at the Allergy-Friendly Centers to receive his yummy treats! These treats are free of the 8 major allergens —peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk, wheat, soy, and are made in facilities that are free from those allergens. Frightfully delightful!
Lindsay, I wish you and your family a creepily awesome time at the happiest haunting on Earth! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. We are always here to help you plan a spook-tacular vacation.
Boo-To-You,
Priscila
