My family is attending Mickey’s Not so scary Halloween. I am dressing as Pocahontas and my husband wants to dress as Kocoum. Can he be in the park without a shirt or is this prohibited?

    Hi, Heather!

Wow, I'm impressed that your hubby is willing to go shirtless for a Halloween costume! But remember Yao in Mulan when he says "...And I'll do it with my shirt on!"?? Well, your husband is going to have to create his costume with his shirt on: Per the Walt Disney World website:  Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.  To read all guidelines for dress code, please read here.

Where he can strut his killer abs would be pool side or at one the fab Disney Water Parks. Here, swim suits are the perfect attire and the gentlemen do not need shirts while swimming. But alas, shirts are required at most other locations in Walt Disney World.

You are sure to have an amazing time at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. From the amazing Boo-to-You Halloween Parade to the sugar rush of all the Trick or Treat candy, you are going to have a SPOOKtacular time. Don't miss the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks show, the icing on the cake for this magical evening.

Wishing "Pocahontas and Kacoum" a very Happy Halloween!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
