    My family and I are attempting to link accounts on my disney experience but it says our tickets ate invalid which is not true. Each of us have an account. How can we link them?

    Hi Billy,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love to greet fellow North Carolinians! 
     
    It sounds as if you have taken the appropriate steps, but let me reiterate, just to be sure. If you all have your own My Disney Experience accounts, you should be able to connect with each other through the My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. Once you click on the My Family & Friends List and then click on Add a Guest, you should be able to enter each individual's information and then send them an invitation to connect - once you enter the age, an option should appear to allow you to manage plans for that guest or send them an invitation to connect. Be sure to send that invitation to the same email address affiliated with each person's My Disney Experience account. Each of you will also need to click on My Plans and then click on Park Tickets and, finally, click on Link Tickets.

    If you are still unable to link those tickets, I suggest that you contact a Cast Member in website support at 407-939-4357. With your permission, they can access your My Disney Experience Account and the tickets to identify the specific problem. If you are trying to link those tickets on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, try using a laptop computer. Once each individual has their tickets linked and you are all connected via My Family & Friends, you should be able to make advanced dining reservations and FastPass+ selections together. 

    Once you have everyone linked, be sure that you have selected the appropriate sharing settings. When I am traveling with friends and family, I always share all plans including PhotoPass photos. To check your sharing status, find each person's name in your My Family & Friends List and then click on the Update link. Once you click on that link, you should be able to see and modify, if needed, the sharing settings.
