My family will be arriving at WDW on Thanksgiving Day. We will not have a park pass on that day and I am looking for a suggestion for a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

    Hi Maureen,

Most of the Disney restaurants will have some sort of traditional food on Thanksgiving. Buffets will generally have traditional items such as turkey and stuffing. Table Service restaurants may offer the regular menu with a traditional turkey dinner as a special entree or they may have an entirely different and special holiday menu. The specific restaurant offerings are generally not available until the week before Thanksgiving.

I'll be there for Thanksgiving with my family and we chose to not visit a park on that day. Because of that, we made our plans at a restaurant outside of the parks like you will need to do. To make my decision, I reached out to several of my fellow Panelists who have spent Thanksgiving Day at Disney World before. The overwhelming recommendation was for Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge. I was told it has a very Americana feel which is perfect for Thanksgiving. The food there is always top notch.

Hope this helps! Be sure to say hello if you see me there,
