Hi Rebecca! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm excited to hear about your upcoming visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! I love that you are deciding to stay in a Disney Resorts hotel during this upcoming trip. With the incredible theming and world-class amenities, you are going to have a magical stay!
Since you'll be arriving before check-in time, there is a good chance your resort room will not be ready just yet. Your best bet will be to leave your luggage with
Bell Services once you arrive. If you bring groceries along with you, Bell Services will hold onto them along with your checked baggage. This will include perishable items that need to be refrigerated. I typically drive to Walt Disney World and end up bringing several food and drink items that need to be kept cold. Make sure to separate the items and let the Cast Member know what needs to go in the refrigerator. In my experience, they have gladly honored this request each time I have asked. Once your resort room is ready, you can call Bell Services to have them deliver all of your items to your room.
Rebecca, in case you have not heard, Guests staying in a Disney Resorts hotel now have
access to a water park on their check-in day. For the remainder of 2025, Guests can visit either Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (whichever one is open) upon their arrival. This added perk is great for Guests who want to experience a water park but typically don't have time to fit it in.
I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
