    My family is arriving for the Pandora opening weekend and are very interested in the Express buses running between the parks. Do they run during evening Extra Magic Hours and even after the Star Wars fireworks show which seems to be right at park closing?

    Hello Michelle!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    What an exciting weekend you have in store!  Starting with Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park before experiencing the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park sounds like the dream of any science fiction fan brought to life.

    The Express Transportation Option operates from 10:00 am in the morning and runs non-stop until Theme Park closing.  This means that while your first hop between Theme Parks will have to wait until 10:00 am, you can arrange your day to take advantage of evening Extra Magic Hours.

    On Saturday, May 27th, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has evening Extra Magic Hours from 11:00pm to 1:00am and Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park closes at 9:30pm.  Personally, I would recommend transferring from Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park directly to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park after Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular.

    The Express Transportation Option is valid for Guests holding valid theme park admission with the Park Hopper Option and to Walt Disney World Annual Passholders at a cost of $19 per person for a single day or $29 per person for a multi-day ticket that is valid for up to 7 consecutive days beginning on the date of purchase.
