Hi Emily! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! You are days away from crossing the pond to join
The World's Most Magical Celebration. While in the parks, indulge in specialty-themed treats found in the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. At Magic Kingdom Park, try Walt's Chili-Cheese Dog from
Casey's Corner.
Sounds like within your travel party you have two distinct situations to address. First, let's cover the guest with panic attacks. Walt Disney World Resort offers the
Disability Access Service (DAS) for those guests who have issues tolerating traditional waits in queue lines. Because you are from out of the United States, you will need to be on-site at the theme park to speak to a Cast Member at Guest Relations to qualify your guest in need. Upon approval, your family member with DAS will be able to pre-select an attraction and receive a return window to minimize wait times. They will be able to include up to six other people to experience their choice. Subsequent selections are super easy and will be available via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
For your family members with mobility issues, I recommend renting an
Electronic Conyevance Vehicle (ECV) available at all parks and
Disney Springs for use at your location. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. While you cannot take them outside of the parks, if you park hop or visit Disney Springs later in the day, you simply show your receipt for another vehicle to use on the same day. Alternatively, I highly recommend using the Disney Feature Provider,
Scooterbug for all your ECV, wheelchair, or stroller rentals when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. I suggest a quick google search to find them online. If you are a guest of a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Bell Services will gladly accept and return your rental without your presence. I have personally used this service and was very happy with the convenience of keeping our rental throughout our stay for my Dad.
I hope I have addressed all your questions to help ease your mind. You can read here for more

Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
