My family and I are arriving in Disney on a Tuesday afternoon. We don't have park passes for that day. Can we eat at a restaurant at one of the parks if we don't have a park pass?

    Hi Sarah:

Theme park admission is required to dine at restaurants inside the Theme Parks. The only slight exception I can think of is Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom as there is a restaurant entrance outside of the Animal Kingdom. However, you will still need a ticket to enter the Park.

I would recommend checking out a restaraunt at your Resort or one of the many restaurants in the Downtown Disney Area, which requires no admission fee. My favorite restaraunt in Downtown Disney is Raglan Road, featuring traditional pub fare such as fish 'n' chips. Other favorite Downtown Disney restaurants include House of Blues, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, and Bongos Cuban Cafe. For treats afterwards, Ghiradelli and Goofy's Candy Co. feature wonderful desserts.

    Enjoy your vacation.
