My family are arriving at Disney Springs with luggage by rideshare, will they be able to bring luggage into Disney Springs, they want to go for lunch before going to the hotel.

    Welcome to planDisney, Catherine!

Thanks for stopping by with your question. I'd be delighted to assist you. Let's talk about kicking off your vacation with an afternoon at Disney Springs!

Technically, you can bring luggage into Disney Springs, but there is nowhere to store it once you arrive. Keep in mind that you will not be allowed to carry it onto Walt Disney World bus transportation if you're looking to head directly to your resort after lunch, so be sure to have a post-lunch travel plan.

Instead of toting suitcases along the walkways and into shops and eateries in Disney Springs, consider taking a rideshare to your resort first. There, you can store your luggage with Bell Services until your room is ready. Then, take a bus or rideshare to Disney Springs for hands-free shopping and dining. Some of my favorite places to eat (The BOATHOUSE® and Raglan Road™ Irish Pub & Restaurant) are inconvenient for a rolling suitcase, so I recommend leaving large luggage behind.

I hope this is helpful! If you're arriving between now and December 30th, don't miss the annual Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth. It's my favorite seasonal event in Disney Springs. Grab a cold brew and a cookie from Gideon's Bakehouse to sip and snack among the festive decor!

Best wishes for a wonderful visit, Catherine. Thanks again for sending your question to planDisney. We can't wait to welcome you "home" for the holidays!
