My family of 10 will be arriving at the airport and taking Disney Express Transportation to the resort. I understand checked luggage gets delivered later but if we have carry on roller suitcases can those be left at the hotel until check in time?

    Hi Janis!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love using Disney's Magical Express as transportation from Orlando International Airport to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel. It is so nice not having to worry about transportation and if I place the yellow luggage tags on my bags before I check them at my home airport, they will magically arrive in my Walt Disney World Resort hotel room - no need to pick them up at baggage claim! Your checked bags can take up to 3 hours to arrive at your hotel, so you will want to pack your essential items in your carry on bags. This includes your family's MagicBands as you will need them to board Disney's Magical Express, open your hotel room door and access your theme park tickets.

Bell Services at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel will be able to assist you with holding your carry on bags once you arrive at your resort. Simply head to the Bell Services desk where they will give you a claim slip for your belongings and they will hold them until your hotel room is available My family likes to check our bags with Bell Services and then head straight to the theme parks so we can maximize or time playing with Mickey and friends!

Please let us know if you have any other questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
