Hey, Crystal, welcome to planDisney! The final countdown is on until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Are you getting so excited to go? Hopefully, this week flies by and you're at the Most Magical Place On Earth before you know it!
Crystal,
Walt Disney World Resort tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so it is not possible to change your two-day ticket to a one-day ticket and receive a partial refund. You do have a few options, though, so let's chat about what the possibilities are if you only want to spend one day at the Theme Parks next week.
If you plan on visiting Walt Disney World Resort again before the expiration date of these tickets, you can hold onto them and
purchase a new one-day ticket for this trip. That way, you won't have any days going unused this time and you'll have tickets waiting for your next visit! You could also reassign your two-day ticket to someone in your travel party who is able to make full use of it. You can only do this if the ticket is unused, so make sure that you know what to do before you use your Theme Park ticket for the first time. Finally, I want to make sure that you know that
you have four days to use your two-day ticket! That means that you can take two days off between using your ticket for the first and second time, so keep that in mind if that's a schedule that might work better for you.
Have a magical day, Crystal!
Jessica
