Hello! My family and I are on our way come April! We'll have a 2 year old and a 1 year old and it will be all of our first time at DisneyWorld! What is the best, military-friendly resort to stay at with tiny kids!? Thanks in advance!

Hello Dallas, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you so much for your service and dedication to our country!

You and your family will have an exciting first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. With your arrival date in early April, there are some really sweet promotions available to the military community and their families. With different price ranges of accommodations to choose from, you can easily determine a resort to fit your family's budget.

It's hard for me to pinpoint "THE BEST" military-friendly resort for small children as I believe all Disney Resorts are designed with "family" in mind, and Disney truly appreciates the servicemen and servicewomen of the military. I do love the convenience of being on the monorail, which will be the Contemporary Resort, Polynesian Village Resort, and the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. The monorail will take you directly to the Magic Kingdom, a great park for the little ones.

Pixie Dust tip: Everyday at 5pm in the Town Square on Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom, there is a Flag Retreat Ceremony. It is only about 15 minutes long and is incredibly moving.

Going back to lodging, if you're into fun and whimsical, I love the vivid colors in special themed rooms at the Art of Animation Resort. I also enjoy exploring the grounds and taking a nice stroll across the bridge to check out the Pop Century Resort.

I truly hope you'll have an amazing time as you create Unforgettable memories with your family. Please come back to visit the panel if you have further questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
