My family has annual passes. We are trying to set up fast passes for our upcoming trip to Epcot. However, when we try to set the fast passes it is only allowing us to set up 1 for the day. We have always been able to set 3 per each day. Why?

Hi, Karen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's see if we can help you get your plans ironed out for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

I'm so sorry you're having trouble making your FastPass+ selections for Epcot. You're right that with a valid Florida Resident Annual Pass, you should be able to select up to three FastPass+ attractions per day in advance. Since you live in Florida, I wonder if you're bumping into the "seven-day" rule. As noted on this Annual Passes Frequently Asked Questions page, Passholders can "plan seven days of FastPass+ selections within any 30-day period for one park per day." We Floridians can hit that seven-day limit without even realizing it since we visit so often, and you may not be able to schedule any more unless you cancel some existing ones. It's happened to my family when we've scheduled FastPass+ attractions for a few weekends in a row, so we've just rearranged our plans.

If you don't think you've scheduled seven days' worth of FastPass+ attractions and there's some other glitch going on, I'd go ahead and give Disney's Guest Relations a call. Whatever the issue, I know the Cast Members will be able to root it out and get it fixed for you.

I hope this helps you work out this issue, and that you can get back to planning your Epcot adventure, Karen! Please come see us again if you have any more questions.
