    Hi, our family all have annual passes. My daughter is coming down in February for a cheer competition and it’s my understanding that they have to purchase park tickets as part of a package. However, how can she use our photopass tied to our annual pass?

    Welcome to planDisney!

    As a former cheerleading coach, I am super excited for your daughter! If your daughter's profile is managed by you in your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to access her photos as long as she scans for them with the Disney PhotoPass® Services photographer. Since you are annual passholders, I imagine that you have MagicBand or MagicBand+ assigned to her and linked in your account. She can use her MagicBand or MagicBand+ to scan for the photos with the PhotoPass photographer.

    I had a similar issue with one of our daughters who was at Walt Disney World Resort as part of another program. She took photos with various Disney PhotoPass photographers and I was able to see those photos in My Disney Experience account. She had a blast and her photos brought me so much joy! 

    As your daughter is having the time of her life at the cheer competition, know that if she has taken a photo with a Disney PhotoPass photographer and it does not show up in your My Disney Experience account, you all can report a missing photo online or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team. It helps to know the location and approximate time the photo was taken.
