Jambo Jillian!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question! Oh my goodness, Jillian, you are less than a month away from your magical safari - how excited are you? I know I would be thrilled, and I am honoured to be a part of your planning journey. Now "twende," which is Swahili for "let's go!"
Theme park reservations can be great when planning your vacation, as you get guaranteed entry to the park of your choice, which is especially useful on busy days! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the reservation system, but that's what we're here for. Whenever I have issues with
My Disney Experience, the first thing I always do is log into my account on a different device. Indeed, if you are trying to make theme park reservations on your computer, try to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app or vice versa. Then, simply click on "Make a Reservation" and select your ticket type! As of today, February 24th, I can see that
all four theme parks are available for your trip, so availability is not the issue here. In that case, if you are still unable to make your theme park reservation,
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and they will be able to make some magic for you!
Once your theme park reservations are sorted, make sure that you plan some time to visit the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival on your vacation! Not only is the view of EPCOT in full bloom something you will never forget, but you will have the chance to try unique treats, walk through a butterfly garden and even see some of your favourite artists perform! You can even participate in Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt and look for the cutest bee around the World Showcase. Plus, did I mention you get a fun prize at the end?
I hope this was helpful, Jillian, and that you have the most wonderful time on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any questions in the time leading up to your trip, don't hesitate to reach out! In Swahili, Harambe means teamwork, and that's what we like to do here at planDisney!
Have a magical day, and as they say at the Kilimanjaro Safaris, "kwaherini" or go well!
