My family always stays in the MK resorts for the convenience of the monorail and close walking distance. Looking to branch out for our next trip and try a hotel in the EPCOT area. Any suggestions for a great hotel with multiple transportations options?

    Hi Nellie,

My family absolutely loves the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. These properties are located on Crescent Lake and are in within walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You would be located near the back entrance to Epcot (the International Gateway), and you could be there within a few minutes of leaving your resort. Hollywood Studios is technically walking distance, but it is a bit far for my liking. I prefer the leisurely boat ride which is available to both of those parks as well. You can also take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. One of the highlights of these two resorts is Stormalong Bay, which is an incredible swimming pool with a sand bottom, whirling water, lazy river and big slide.

I have stayed in every single Deluxe Resort on Disney property multiple times and I can honestly say that the Yacht Club is my very favorite.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation,
