My family always drives down from Maine and stay at Fort Wildneress Campground. Do you know if we would be able to stay a week there and then leave our camper in the parking lot at Fort Wilderness and do a week on a Disney Cruise?

Ahoy, Amie and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Wow! What a drive you make to visit the most magical place on earth! I definitely think you should add on a week at sea on your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. The Magic will be Endless for your crew!

There are going to be two options for your camper if you decide to set sail with Disney Cruise Line with the first being at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. At this time (always subject to change), Guests of the campground are permitted to leave their RVs or campers in the storage lot. You'll need to inform the front desk of your plans and be sure they know you'll be continuing on with your vacation aboard Disney Cruise Line. They should give you a parking pass to display in your window, and please be aware that the lot can be tight during busy times.

Your other option is to drive to Port Canaveral and pay for an oversized vehicle space (available for vehicles over 20 feet). Pricing can change at any time, but currently it costs $224.00 for a seven-night cruise.

I hope one of these will work for your situation, Amie. If we can help you further with your plans, please let us know.

    Have a magical day!
