    my family (ages 12, 10, 8 months, husband & i) will be driving from ohio to florda on feb 12, 2010. i was wondering if we get there before checking time will they hold our suitcases for us to like they will do for airport people? checking is at 4pm.

    Hi Michelle, 

    If your room is not ready upon arrival, Bell Services will be happy to hold your luggage for you. 
     
    Once you check in, you'll be presented with your Key to the World cards which will have your Park passes and Dining credits on them (if you purchased Disney's Dining Plan). You'll be able to head out and enjoy the magic of the Parks right away.

    Have a safe drive and enjoy your vacation!
