Family of 3 adults & 1 young toddler-2 years old. Want to stay in AKL with savanna view. Grandmother wants separate resting & bathing areas from young married couple with child. Cost-wise what is/are the best option[s] for 5 nights?

Hi Rita! You're in for a magical cultural treat! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is truly a majestic and one of a kind place. Our home resort is Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village and it's one of our favorite Disney resorts. My children get a kick out of seeing the beauty and splendor of the wild animals right from our Savannah view balcony...there is nothing else like the experience.

The most economical choice is a 1-bedroom villa which would comfortably accommodate your party size. But it sounds like you might be happier with the more private amenities of a 2-bedroom villa with the savannah view. In a  2-bedroom lock-off villa with a savannah view - you'll have 2 discrete living quarters right next to each other.

Be sure to try Boma - Flavors of Africa at Jambo House. The African themed cuisine offers a tasty variety of exciting foods plus some classics guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

Wishing you and your family a magical and memorable Disney vacation!
