Hi Amy!

This is a great question. Unfortunately, the various Disney Dining Plans are reserved for Disney resort guests staying in a Disney owned and operated hotel. However, there are great ways to save money on a Disney vacation. Be sure to watch my video on budget vacationing. Also, I recommend visiting the independent website MouseSavers.com. At Mouse Savers, you will find a lot of money saving strategies and ideas. It is where I go to first when planning my own Disney vacation.
