Hi! My family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) are visiting in September. I am wondering if I can purchase Memory Maker after our trip. Can I gather all the photos that it includes and view them online when we return home and then decide if it is worth $199?

Hi, Katie! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am happy to help with your Memory Maker question.

Once Memory Maker is purchased, it is valid from that date forward. If you purchased Memory Maker after you return from your trip, you would be unable to use it to download photos taken in the past. You can, however, purchase Memory Maker at least three days in advance at a discount. During our last 5 day Walt Disney World Resort vacation, we had over 200 photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers, and ended up downloading 170 pictures. At the discounted price, the cost was less than a dollar per picture. This is an amazing savings verses paying per picture. The best part is you don't have to decide on just a few, as you can have them all for just the purchase of the Memory Maker.

Please come back and visit us again if you have any additional questions about Memory Maker or anything else before your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Have a magical day, Katie!

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
