Hi Joel! Two of the most important questions ever asked were, “How soon can we get to the Walt Disney World Resort?” and “How can we save money doing it?” I’m glad that you came to planDisney! Let’s get you some tips!
First, you will want to take a look at the special offers that are available. If you head to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover your mouse over the heading that states, “Places to Stay.” When the dropdown menu appears, click on the heading that states, “
View Special Offers.” When the special offers appear, you’ll be able to see if any offers would apply to your group.
Next, the most affordable accommodations in the Walt Disney World Resort are the
value resorts! There are a variety of value resorts from which you can choose! I recommend taking a look at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Both of these resorts are linked to the
Disney Skyliner loop which will make for easy travel between your resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a favorite! It is family-friendly, has rooms to accommodate larger families, and has all of the magic of staying in a Walt Disney World Resort! Other value resorts include Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, and Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort!
Now, when it comes to the Disney Parks, you and your travel party will want to look at which parks you want to visit. There are four theme parks in the Walt Disney World Resort. I recommend looking at all four parks on the Walt Disney World Resort website and prioritizing the parks to visit during your vacation! If you decide that you want to visit all four parks, but you still want to save some money, you might consider the Park Hopper ticket option. Park Hopper tickets allow Guests to visit more than one park per day! So, rather than buying individual tickets for all four parks, you can buy Park Hopper tickets and split your days between parks.
Joel, I hope these tips help with saving some money during your planning! Feel free to come back to planDisney with any additional questions!
Happy Planning!
