My family of 4 adults and 2 kids have a dinner reservation at BOG. If my daughter in-law is running late from putting my granddaughter down for a nap at POR will the hostess still seat the rest of the family and let us place her order before she joins us?

Bonjour, Valerie! It's so nice to see you again! I invite you to relax, and let us pull up a chair as the Disney Parks Moms Panel presents - your question.

You're in for a truly magical experience at Be Our Guest Restaurant. From the Grand Ballroom to the West Wing, it's like stepping right into Beast's castle. (I may have taken a bit of a twirl in that ballroom setting myself.) And of course, Mrs. Potts serves only the finest cuisine as you gather around the table for a magnificent dinner.

Typically, your entire party must be present to be seated, and in my experience Cast Members are quite strict about following that rule. Of course, those of us traveling with young children will have the occasional scheduling mishap as we're juggling naps and mealtimes, so I'd go ahead and speak to the Cast Member at the check-in desk to find out how your party can be accommodated. Many times they'll just ask you to return and check in when the rest of the group has arrived.

Valerie, I know you'll have a wonderful time as Beast's honored guests for dinner. Don't forget to try the Grey Stuff...it truly is delicious!

And please be sure to stop by and visit again if you have any more questions. We just love having Guests!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
