We are a family of 5 (2 adults and kids ages 6,7, and 9). I am trying to plan dining reservations with DDP. Are the meals alloted flexible? My husband and son do not want to go to Cinderella's Royal Table so this will leave our table service uneven?

    Hello Amy!

One of the things I love about Disney's Dining Plan is that it is very flexible and it can also help you save on your dining at Walt Disney World.  The regular Disney Dining Plan gives guests 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack credit per a person/per a night of your vacation.  It also includes a refillable mug to use at your resort for the duration of your visit.  Your table service dining credits will grouped into adult credits and child credits.  For example for a 7 night stay for 2 adults and 3 children you will have 14 adult table service credits and 21 children table service credits.  How you decide to use those credits is entirely up to you!  If you want to use 10 table service credits per a person in one day, it is perfectly okay.  Although I wouldn't suggest that, you might be a little green around the gills after eating all that food!
To answer your question, yes you can absolutely dine at Cinderella's Royal Table without your husband and son.  You will have 2 adult table service credits and 2 child's table service credits left over, since Cinderella's Royal Table is a signature restaurant requiring 2 table service credits per a person.  I would suggest maybe finding a special meal that your husband and son can enjoy together while the rest of your family dines at the castle to even up the imbalance of credits.  I hope this helps and thank you for visiting us at Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please visit us again if you have anymore questions!

    Enjoy your "Disney Time!"
