Family of 12 -10 adults, 7 y/o girl & 4 y/o boy - 8/10-17, 2012. What character meal would you recommend for all of us for our 1st night? We want to sit at the same table and have lots of character interactions. Mickey is fav. but also like princess

    Hi Kelsey,

It sure sounds like you have a fun trip planned!

I would have to recommend Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

This is a buffet restaurant which means that there should be food on offer to suit everyone in your party and best of all, you will be visited at your table by Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto & Goofy during your meal!

I can honestly say that it is a lot of fun for both adults and children and is a great way to kick start your family's visit to Walt Disney World.

If you would also like to dine with the Disney Princesses during your stay, I would recommend either Cinderella's Royal Table inside Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom or Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot.

All of these character meals are extremely popular and do get booked up in advance. I would strongly recommend that you make advance dining reservations online HERE or by calling (407) 939-3463 for all of your table-service meals at your earliest possible opportunity. Reservations can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
