    I have a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children that rent from me and they just moved here from out of state. They don't have Florida ID'S yet but they do have bank statements with the florida address. What other proof of residency will they need?

    The family that you’re renting to is in for an adventure of a lifetime. My Happy Place, Walt Disney World Resort, is the perfect place to experience exactly what you’re looking for: relaxation, thrills, and memory-making! From the wild rides like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to biting into an ice-cold Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar, they’re in for a treat. 

    Your new Florida-resident friends don’t necessarily need a valid Florida driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or Florida-based military ID (with Florida address) to prove that they are eligible for Walt Disney World’s Florida-resident discounts and special offers.

    The following can be used to prove Florida residency (as long as it’s dated within 2 months): a mortgage payment, utility bill, insurance policy, or even mail from a government agency or bank. Let them know that the adults will also need another photo ID (even if it’s not a Florida-based one). You all can find more information on the Proof of Residency FAQ webpage.
