We are a family of 6 -- 2 adults, 4 children (9, 7, 5 and 2). would the polynesian with the 2 queen beds and daybed work for us? the 2 year old no longer sleeps in a crib?

    Hi Cassie,

Last January, I stayed at Disney's Polynesian Resort in the kind of room you describe in your question.  These rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, but they do not accommodate six guests (particularly since your youngest child no longer sleeps in a crib).  You would need to get two rooms at this resort to accommodate your family.

I have an alternative suggestion; get a club level standard room at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  I've stayed in these rooms and can personally attest that they are incredible!  They have fantastic views of Bay Lake, comfortably accommodate six guests, and afford your family access to the concierge service at the Old Faithful Club on the top floor of this magnificently themed resort.  Best of all, the room would be less expensive than two rooms at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  You'd still be just a short bus or boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.  Give this option a close look!

Let us know if you need any additional advice.  We'd be happy to help!
