Family of 5 (2 adults,3 children). We plan to buy Individual Lightning Lane for TRON but only our oldest will be tall enough? Are we able to rider swap when purchasing LL? And will our daughter who’s tall enough be able to ride with the 2nd parent also?

    Welcome, Jessica!

Are you ready to enter the grid? If you haven't experienced it yet, TRON Lightcylce / Run is absolutely incredible and such a great attraction. My family loves it!

I personally think planning on purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane entry for it is a great idea. While I know there is an extra cost associated with experiencing it this way instead of joining the Virtual Queue, it's easier to plan knowing just when you can get in line and the line typically tends to be shorter than the Virtual Queue line.

You will be very pleased to know that yes, TRON Lightcycle / Run does participate in Rider Switch with either the Individual Lightning Lane or a Virtual Queue Boarding Group. When you go to check in during your time, you'll want to let the Cast Member at the front of the line know that you want to utilize Rider Switch. (I've even seen a large sign at the front specifically for "Rider Switch" on busier days, so keep a lookout.) "Party 1" will be able to experience the attraction while "Party 2" waits with your younger kids not able to ride. Once "Party 1" has ridden the attraction, they'll switch places with "Party 2" and can take their turn. If "Party 2" waited alone with the non-riders, one Guest may join them for their turn.

I hope this information helps you plan your magical day, Jessica. If there is anything else we are able to assist you with, please let us know.

    Magical Wishes,
